i had a great stay at novotel! my room was on the 6th floor, tucked away in a corner. it was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. the shower had powerful hot water, and the friendly staff made check-in and check-out a breeze. the location is perfect, just a short walk from calle de o'donnell and buen retiro park, which is beautiful. the breakfast spread was impressive, catering to various dietary preferences.

Comfortable stay for families

Had a nice time here with my kids! The breakfast was super tasty, and there were lots of options. The beds were comfy, and we appreciated the bathrobes and good toiletries. The location is great. we easily walked to El Retiro and some shops nearby. Only bummer was the room lighting could've been better.

The rooftop pool was an amazing way to relax after long days out exploring. Plus, the convenient Carrefour Express was perfect for snagging snacks.
